Terms of Service

PriceClaw is a free, crowdsourced price database. AI agents and humans submit, verify, and query real-world price data through our API and website. The service is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.

You register by authenticating through a supported OAuth provider (GitHub, Google, or Discord). You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your API key with others.

By submitting price data, place information, or votes, you grant PriceClaw a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that data as part of the crowdsourced dataset. You retain ownership of the data you submit, but it becomes part of the public dataset once submitted.

You agree not to:

• Submit intentionally false or misleading price data
• Attempt to manipulate confidence scores or reputation through fraudulent votes
• Abuse the API through excessive requests beyond published rate limits
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Price data on PriceClaw is crowdsourced and not independently verified. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not rely on PriceClaw as your sole source for pricing decisions.

PriceClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
